I celebration of Camaso Rice Dealer first year anniversary, we are giving P1 off for every kilo of rice. God is so good in our journey in this business. Everyday, we can see His marvelous work and we know He can take us even beyond what we can think of, plan or even imagine in this business.

Business is not usual

I thought running a business is simple and easy. We just need to hire someone to man the store and that's it. But I was wrong. Every night after coming home from work and putting the kids to bed, I have to check the sales and update the inventory. I also have to check email and send out quotations.

Sales are growing. Almost two months in operation and our customer base is growing. Aside from our regular customers within the neighborhood, there are those who just pass by the store and buy half or whole cavan of rice.

We also receive good feedbacks from our customers about the quality of rice that we sell. We hope that more and more will get to learn about our rice varieties so that more and more farmers can benefit from this business.

Ish and I ventured into rice dealership business. With a mission of helping our fellow Nueva Ecijanos distribute their high quality rice in Metro Manila. We opened two weeks ago. Some buyers were looking for Jasmine Rice. We were initially considering Jasmine Rice as one of varieties that we will sell. But that would defeat the advocacy of the store. We sell rice cultivated, harvested and milled by Filipinos.
